Test Prep Ireland processes personal information only for operating learner accounts, providing study features, customer support, memberships, security and optional analytics where you consent.

Information we process

Account identity and email; login/security records; course activity, answers, saved questions and test results; membership and payment status; support messages; and optional analytics information if you choose analytics cookies.

TPI Tutor improvement data

When you use TPI Tutor, TPI may record the question you asked, whether a verified match was found, confidence and the supporting source so we can identify repeated learner needs and knowledge gaps. Learner questions do not automatically become trusted facts. New knowledge must be verified against an approved source before it can be published for Tutor use.

Why we use it

We use this information to provide the service you request, keep accounts secure, remember learning progress, administer memberships, answer support requests, improve verified study content and meet legal obligations.

Service providers

TPI may use Hostinger for application hosting and database services, Stripe for payments, Resend for account/support email, Cloudflare Turnstile for human verification, and Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel only if configured and you allow analytics cookies. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider rather than stored in the TPI question database.

Cookies

The TPI session cookie is necessary for signed-in accounts. Optional analytics is disabled until you choose “Allow analytics”. You can change that choice using Cookie settings. See the Cookie Policy.

Retention and your rights

We keep information only for as long as needed for the service, security, accounting/legal obligations and legitimate support records. Depending on applicable data-protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain processing, and you may withdraw consent where consent is the basis.

Account deletion

Registered users can request permanent deletion of their Test Prep Ireland account and associated learner data from the account deletion page. If you cannot sign in, contact us from the email address associated with the account.
